This class works with body weight movements and is HIIT (High intensity interval training). This class is great for those wanting to get fit fast and burn fat.
Tuesday’s are our popular boxing classes. Working in partners with one boxing and one holding pads. Incorporating boxing and bodyweight exercises. This is a great cardio workout, not to mention… fun. If you are new or not confident with working with a partner just yet, you are more than welcome to work solo on a boxing bag.
Mixing cardio and weights together will see you totally smashed at the end of this workout. Great for both building strength, fitness and endurance.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Strength and Conditioning is 13-14 stations of all over body exercises that use equipment such as dumbbells, kettle bells, plates, treadmill, bikes, bosu balls, TRX, cables and medicine balls. Each station is one minute and then you move to the next. This can be a paired workout or solo. Strength and Conditioning is a great all over workout for fitness, strength, muscle building and dropping that fat.
Metafit is a high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. Designed by a former marine, this is a class you can be sure to push your limits in. It’s only thirty minutes long, but you will train hard the entire time. It’s suitable for everyone and you can adjust the exercises to suit your own abilities.
Matapwr a thirty-minute circuit class that combines resistance and body weight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency. MetaPWR develops strength and power not from ‘traditional’ gym strength training, but by carefully selecting equipment that will offer both resistance and explosive/ballistic exercises. Combining this with plyometric and non-plyometric body weight exercises promotes muscle adaption and growth, heightens your metabolic rate, and helps burn body fat. The use of weighted equipment also helps with bone density
Strong Nation combines bodyweight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training that is synced to and driven by music.
Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.
STRETCH AND CONNECT:
A 30-minute class that is designed to move and stretch the entire body while giving the core a really good workout. Classes are stimulating, light hearted and choreographed in such a way that all levels of fitness can attend and enjoy.
