METAHIIT: Come and join in this high energy, body weight movement class where we incorporates HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). This class is great for those wanting to get fit and burn fat FAST!

R1ZE - Level up your training with the modern take on a classic piece of kit. In R1ZE the step can be anything - from jump box to exercise bench to obstacle. You’ll utilise multi-dimensional functional movements for a full body interval blast. Like SH1FT, R1ZE workouts are built around the six degrees of freedom, moving through each of the degrees in every class but with the inclusion of a riser. Using a riser is a great way to incorporate plyometric training at a reduced impact - as you’re able to achieve the power gains of jump training while also allowing the softer landing that a staggered height can provide. 
OPTION - You do not have to use the step. You can complete this class on the floor.

YOGA: This a Vinyasa style class where poses flow from one to the next. Suitable for most students capabilities you’ll also learn how to use your breath and how to use helpful calming techniques in everyday life. Beginning with centering, followed by a 10 min rapid warm up, 30 min yoga postures & finishing with a 15 min guided meditation.

BOXING: In this fast-paced class you will usually be working in partners – One boxing and one pad holding. However, there is no need to have a boxing partner to come, let us sort that out for you! Incorporating bodyweight exercises in with punches and kicks will see you burn hundreds of calories and have fun at the same time! If you are new or not confident to pair up just yet, you can work solo on the bag!

L1FT:  Strength & conditioning to build a strong and healthy body. L1FT utilises weights to sculpt lean muscles and turn you into a fat burning machine long after the workout is over. Smart, safe and progressive movements ensure no fitness level is left behind.

S&C: Our Strength and Conditioning classes usually consist of about 10 stations, but the format will always be a surprise! In this class, we use all types of equipment including battle ropes, slam balls, kettlebells, assault bikes and the sled (just to name a few!)

S&C is a FUN workout for fitness, strength, building muscle and dropping fat.

SH1FT: SH1FT is the first high intensity training format to harness the power of the 6 Degrees of Freedom - a concept from engineering and robotics that describes how a body moves through space. Every SH1FT workout will move you up and down, side to side, forward and back, with dynamic folds, bends and twists. It's not just about looking fit, it's about being fit too.

SH1FT will not only improve your fitness, but also strength, mobility, balance, speed and agility (and your abs!)

BANDS & BELLS:  Strengthen and tone your legs, glutes, arms and core using booty bands, resistance bands and kettlebells

Besides helping you to gain sculpted and lean muscles, there are many other benefits to working with bands on these targeted areas, such as assisting with hip and joint stabilisation, which can help prevent knee and hip injuries and strengthening core muscles to help prevent back injuries. 

Bands are lightweight and easy to use (M&BF supply the bands but you are welcome to BYO!) 

You will even be able to do this class without the bands for an even lower impact workout.

BODYCOMBAT works your legs, tones your arms, back and shoulders and provides phenomenal core training.

You will destroy calories, develop coordination, agility and speed, and feel empowered.

Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories** in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.
