HIIT - Come and join in this high energy, fast class where we incorporates HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). This class is great for those wanting to get fit and burn fat FAST!
We use bodyweight exercises and sometimes incorporate a step and barbells

BOXING (for fitness) - This class is a smash and burn boxing style workout. This is not a technique boxing class, so it is a perfect class for you to jump into after a hard days work. Not too much thinking required! No tough combos, just simple and effective boxing punches and kicks, mixed with bodyweight exercises.

YOGA: This a Vinyasa style class where poses flow from one to the next. Suitable for most students capabilities you’ll also learn how to use your breath and how to use helpful calming techniques in everyday life. Beginning with centering, followed by a 10 min rapid warm up, 30 min yoga postures & finishing with a 15 min guided meditation.

STRENGTH: The ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean and build muscle. In this class you will be able to go at your own pace and use your own weight selection. We use barbells, weight plates and dumbbells.

S&C: Our Strength and Conditioning classes usually consist of about 10 stations, but the format will always be a surprise! In this class, we use all types of equipment including battle ropes, slam balls, kettlebells, assault bikes and the sled (just to name a few!)
S&C is a FUN workout for fitness, strength, building muscle and dropping fat.

BANDS / CORE: Using exercises that will help you to build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core. Each workout features a mix of core exercises and integrated core training innovations. The integrated core training moves hone in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. This class is for all fitness levels. Modifications are shown.
Les Mills BODYCOMBAT: Will train your whole body and get you fit, fast and strong. Unleash and empower yourself in this high energy, martial arts inspired workout.
BODYCOMBAT works your legs, tones your arms, back and shoulders and provides phenomenal core training.
